The Trial Panel of the Cantonal Court in Livno handed down on 23^rd June 2021 the trial verdict under which the accused Ajnur Nicu (22) is found guilty of the criminal offense of Murder in violation of Article 166, Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and sentenced to 10 (ten) years in prison.

Pursuant to Article 57 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina the time the accused spent in custody shall be credited towards the pronounced sentence.
