Since 2017, the Cantonal Court in Livno no longer issues the Certificate that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against natural or legal person. That Certificate is now issued by municipal courts or divisions of municipal courts.

Issuance of Certificate of non-conduct of criminal proceedings for natural and legal persons

In order to issue a Certificate of non-conduct of criminal proceedings, it is necessary for the natural or legal person to fill in the Request for Issuance of a Certificate of non-conduct of criminal proceedings and submit it to the nearest municipal court or division of court.

The request for the issuance of a Certificate may be submitted in person, upon presentation of an identity card or passport.

Along with the request for the issuance of a certificate, it is necessary to enclose proof of payment of the court fee in the amount of 15.00 KM, to the account number:
