hearing judge of the Cantonal Court in Livno Jurica Babić issued, on 9^th February 2024, a decision granting the Prosecution’s Motion and ordering the suspect R.K. (57) into one-month custody. Pursuant to the referenced decision, custody may last until 9^th March 2024, or until a new decision of the Court.

R.K. is suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Murder in violation of Article 166, paragraph 1 as read with Article 28 Attempt of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
