The HJPC BiH appointed judicial office holders
Appointed President of the Cantonal Court in Livno
During the second day of its session,
which was held on 10th and 11th November 2021 in Banja
Luka, the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina
(HJPC BiH) made a decision on the appointment of judicial office holders in
Bosnia and Herzegovina and at the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina level,
appointed Nedim Begić, to the position of the President of the Cantonal Court
in Livno.
In making the Decision on appointment,
the HJPC BiH took into account criteria such as: professional knowledge, work
experience and work results; professional abilities based on previous career
results; the ability to impartially, conscientiously, diligently, decisively
and responsibly perform duties within the function for which he is applying;
relationships with co-workers, behavior outside of work, professional
impartiality and reputation, and experience in managerial positions.
When appointing, the HJPC BiH applies
appropriate constitutional provisions governing equal rights and representation
of constitutive nations and others, and respects gender balance.
The newly appointed judicial office
holders will take office on 1st December 2021.
