    The Cantonal Court in Livno is the highest instance of the judiciary in Canton 10. Under the jurisdiction of the Cantonal Court in Livno is the Municipal Court in Livno with its divisions in Tomislavgrad and Drvar.

    At the end of 2021, 785 cases remained unresolved in the Cantonal Court in Livno. During the first quarter of 2022, the Cantonal Court in Livno received 315 cases, so that a total of 1.100 cases were pending. In the first quarter of 2022, a total of 298 cases were resolved, while in the same period last year 311 cases were resolved, which is 13 cases or 4,36% more.     The average duration of 298 resolved cases is 326 days, which is 58 days less than in the same period of 2021, when the average duration of cases was 384 days.

    According to the annual Case Resolution Plan for 2022, the obligation to resolve 74 first-instance cases has been determined, while according to the quarterly Case Resolution Plan for 2022, the obligation to resolve a total of 144 cases has been determined. On 31st March 2022, 144 cases from the Case Resolution Plan for the first quarter were resolved, so that the percentage of resolved cases from the plan is 100%, while from the annual Case Resolution Plan 21 cases or 28% were resolved, and 73 cases remained unresolved.
