Deciding upon a Motion filed by the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Canton 10 Livno, the preliminary proceedings judge of the Cantonal Court in Livno Nedim Begić issued, on 12^th April 2022, a decision granting the Prosecution’s Motion and ordering the suspect L.B. (31) into one-month custody. Pursuant to the referenced decision, custody may last until 10^th May 2022, or until a new decision of the Court.

L.B. is suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Serious Criminal Offences against the Safety of Traffic in violation of Article 336, paragraph 2 as read with Endangering Public Traffic Due to Intoxication in violation of Article 333, paragraph 1 and Failure to Render Aid to a Person Hurt in a Traffic Accident in violation of Article 337, paragraph 2 as read with paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
