Deciding on the Motion of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Canton 10 Livno to extend custody, on 20^th June 2023 the Cantonal Court in Livno issued a decision granting the Prosecution’s motion, and ordered the suspect M.G. (47) into extended custody. Under the Decision, custody has been extended for two more months and it may last no longer than 21^st August 2023.

M.G. is suspected of the criminal offense of Murder under Article 166, Paragraph 1 as read with Article 28 Attempt of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
