According to the annual Case Resolution Plan for 2023, the obligation to resolve 95 first-instance cases has been determined, while according to the quarterly Case Resolution Plans for 2023, the obligation to resolve a total of 294 cases has been determined. On 30^th June 2023, 294 cases from the Case Resolution Plans for the first and the second quarter were resolved, so that the percentage of resolved cases from the plans is 100%, while from the annual Case Resolution Plan 50 cases or 53% were resolved, and 45 cases remained unresolved.
