Summary of the Cantonal Court in Livno operative report for the first half of 2023
The Cantonal Court in Livno is the highest instance of
the judiciary in Canton 10. Under the jurisdiction of the Cantonal Court in
Livno is the Municipal Court in Livno with its divisions in Tomislavgrad and
Drvar.
At the end of 2022, 646 cases
remained unresolved in the Cantonal Court in Livno. During the first half of 2023,
the Cantonal Court in Livno received 451 cases, so that a total of 1.097

cases is 256 days, which is 66 days less than in the same period
of 2022, when the average duration of cases was 322 days.
According to the annual Case Resolution
Plan for 2023, the obligation to resolve 95 first-instance cases has
been determined, while according to the quarterly Case Resolution Plans for 2023,
the obligation to resolve a total of 294 cases has been determined. On 30th
June 2023, 294 cases from the Case Resolution Plans for the first and
the second quarter were resolved, so that the percentage of resolved cases from
the plans is 100%, while from the annual Case Resolution Plan 50
cases or 53% were resolved, and 45 cases remained unresolved.
