    Reports on assets and interests of judges, prosecutors and members of the Council for 2025

    01.04.2026.

    Pursuant to Articles 86 and 86k of the Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina ("Official Gazette of BiH", no. 25/04, 93/05, 15/08, 48/07, 63/23, 9/24 and 50/24), (hereinafter: the Law on the HJPC of BiH) judges, prosecutors and members of the Council are required to submit initial and annual reports on assets and interests, as provided for in the relevant provisions of the Law on the HJPC of BiH and the Rulebook of the HJPC BiH regarding reporting on assets and interests ("Official Gazette of BiH", no. 20/24, 57/24, 37/25, 14/26 and 20/26).

    The High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina invites those obliged to submit reports on assets and interests to submit their reports for 2025 to the Department for the Implementation of the Procedure according to the Reports in the period from 1.4.2026 to 30.4.2026, in accordance with the deadline prescribed in the provisions of Article 86, paragraph (6) of the Law on the HJPC of BiH and Article 19, paragraphs (5) and (6) of the Rulebook of the HJPC BiH regarding reporting on assets and interests.

    If the report is submitted electronically, via the Asset Records Module (MIK), those obliged to submit reports will fill out the electronic form and electronically upload the attachments to the report. The module can be accessed via the link: https://mikobrazac.pravosudje.ba. The completed report form must be signed with a qualified electronic signature (QES). The report submitted in this way should not be submitted additionally in printed form.

    In the event that the report is submitted in printed form, the report is completed out by saving the report form on the computer, filling it out on the computer, printing it out and signing it by hand. After that, the report with attachments is delivered by post or in person to the address: High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Department for the Implementation of the Procedure according to the Reports, Kraljice Jelene 88, 71000 Sarajevo, with the indication "CONFIDENTIAL". Attached are:

    1. Letter No. 15-09-10-929-2/2026 – Invitation to submit reports on assets and interests of judges, prosecutors and members of the Council for 2025,
    2. Instructions on how to fill out the form for reporting on assets and interests of judges, prosecutors and members of the Council,
    3. Frequently Asked Questions Regarding the Completion of the Report on Assets and Interests and
    4. Form for the Report on Assets and Interests for 2025.
