    PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT for filling of the employee position in the Cantonal Court in Livno

    Based on Article 31 of the Law on Courts in the Federation of BiH ("Official Gazette of the Federation of BiH" No. 38/05, 22/06, 63/10, 72/10, 07/13 and 52/14, 85/21) and Article 87 of the Law on Civil Servants and Employees in the Civil Service Bodies of the Herzegbosnian County ("Official Gazette of the HBC" No. 01/14, 5/16 and 1/22, 10/22) and Articles 19 and 21 of the Rulebook on Internal Organization and Systematization of positions in the Cantonal Court in Livno, the president of the Cantonal Court in Livno announces an PUBLIC ADVERTISEMENT for filling of the employee position in the Cantonal Court in Livno, namely:

    Senior clerk - computer operator (typist).........1 (one) executor for an indefinite period at the Cantonal Court in Livno

    Description of jobs:

    • collects, organizes and processes data submitted to statistics,
    • manages and updates the database and prepares reports and other documents on data from the database,
    • prepares correspondence and documentation,
    • on the computer, keeping minutes at hearings, discussions and searches in the court building or outside the building,
    • works with the judge on drafting and rewriting court decisions, postal duties and drafting short letters according to the instructions and orders of the judge,
    • acts according to the judge's orders regarding the files, organizes the files, takes care of the orderliness of the files assigned to him/her for work,
    • performs administrative and technical tasks on the computer related to the preparation of court decisions and other documents, as ordered by the judge,
    • handles devices used for audio-recording of main hearings,
    • carries out the tasks of collecting files in the court registry, the delivery of which is not in charge of the senior officer for case management,
    • handles devices for duplicating of materials related to the case, assists the judge in drafting reports and other acts,
    • submits documents for dispatch to the senior dispatch officer,
    • performs work for judges and judicial associates, for part of work that they are responsible by the law,
    • performs other tasks as well.

    Candidates must meet the general conditions prescribed in Art. 89 of the Law on Civil Servants and Employees in the Civil Service Bodies of the Herzegbosnian County ("Official Gazette of the HBC" No. 01/14, 5/16 and 1/22, 10/22), as well as special conditions established by the Rulebook on Internal Organization and Systematization of positions in the Cantonal Court in Livno, as follows:

    General conditions:

    • that he/she is a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
    • that he/she is of legal age,
    • that he/she has the general and health capacity to perform the duties of the position,
    • that he/she has the type and degree of education necessary to perform the tasks of the position according to the rulebook on the internal organization of civil service bodies,
    • that in the last two years from the date of publication of the public announcement, he/she has not been dismissed from the civil service body as a result of disciplinary punishment at any level of government in the Federation, i.e., in Bosnia and Herzegovina,
    • that it is not covered by the provisions of Article IX 1 of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
    • that a protective measure, i.e., a security measure prohibiting the performance of employee duties, was not imposed on him/her by a final court verdict, and the duration of which did not expire by the deadline for submitting an application to a public advertisement.

    Special conditions:

    • SSS (Secondary School Education Level), IV level of professional education, Gymnasium, Administrative and technical school, Economic school, Tourism school, Chemical and technological school, Informatics school, Health school, Graphics and Electrical engineering school,
    • at least 10 (ten) months of work experience in the profession, after obtaining an appropriate school education,
    • passed professional exam for employees,
    • knowledge of typing and computer work.

    The deadline for submitting an application for a public advertisement is 8 days from the date of publication of the public advertisement in daily newspapers, namely Dnevni list and Dnevni avaz, and on the court's website.

    Along with the application, candidates must submit the following documents and public documents in original or photocopy, which must be certified by the competent authority:

    • certificate of citizenship (not older than 6 months), or a certified copy of the CIPS identity card,
    • certificate of residence (not older than 6 months),
    • birth certificate (not older than 6 months),
    • certificate or diploma on the type and level of education,
    • work experience certificate,
    • proof of knowledge of computer work (certificate / confirmation),
    • certificate of passing the professional exam for employees,
    • certificate that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the candidate (not older than 3 months),
    • certified statement that in the last two years from the date of publication of the public announcement, the candidate has not been dismissed from the civil service body as a result of disciplinary punishment, at any level of government in the Federation, i.e., in Bosnia and Herzegovina,
    • certified statement that the candidate is not covered by the provisions of Article IX 1 of the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina,
    • certified statement that the candidate has not been issued a protective or security measure prohibiting him/her from performing the duties of an employee, or the position he/she is applying for, by a valid court ruling, and the duration of which has not expired by the deadline for submitting an application for the advertisement.

    The selected candidate will be required to submit a medical certificate of medical fitness and other necessary documentation at the request of the Court, before starting an employment relationship.

    The choice between the candidates who meet the general and special conditions will be made after a mandatory test of typing and working on a computer.

    Applications with a short curriculum vitae and proof of eligibility are submitted in room number 210 of the Cantonal Court in Livno or by registered mail to the address:
