Deciding upon a Motion filed by the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Canton 10 Livno, the preliminary proceedings judge of the Cantonal Court in Livno Željko Bosnić issued, on 23^rd May 2023, a decision granting the Prosecution’s Motion and ordering the suspect M.G. (47) into one-month custody. Pursuant to the referenced decision, custody may last until 21^st June 2023, or until a new decision of the Court.

M.G. is suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Murder in violation of Article 166, paragraph 1 as read with Article 28 Attempt of the Criminal Code of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
