Transparency International in BiH (TI BiH) in cooperation with the Balkan Investigative Reporting Network in BiH (BIRN BiH), on 13^th July 2023, organized the conference "Judiciary in BiH - situation and perspectives" in Sarajevo, where they presented an online platform called " Index of the Judiciary", containing the results of the transparency index of courts and prosecutor's offices in Bosnia and Herzegovina, created within the project called " Strengthening Accountability Networks among Civil Society - SANCUS".

The SANCUS Project in Bosnia and Herzegovina is implemented by Transparency International in BiH (TI BiH) and Balkan Investigative Reporting Network in BiH (BIRN BiH). The main objective of the project in BiH is to improve the transparency and accountability of the judiciary in BiH with a special focus on the transparency and efficiency of disciplinary procedures against judges and prosecutors. The use of digital tools plays a key role when providing all citizens with access to relevant information about the work of the judiciary and its key officials.

Based on the responses of the judiciary institutions and data published on their websites Transparency International in BiH and BIRN BiH created a list of courts and prosecutor’s offices, ranking them according to the transparency index.

According to this list, the Cantonal Court in Livno ranks high 4^th out of a total of 74 courts in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Before this court are only the Cantonal Court in Široki Brijeg, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Basic Court in Teslić.
